Apple Gears can manufacture custom gears on a supply complete or gear cut-only basis to customer's drawings or sample specifications, from one-off to batch production.

This includes the manufacture of the following types: - Spur and Helical gears, Splined Shafts, Gear Racks and Pinions, Worms and Wheels, Straight Bevel gears, gearbox & gearbox assemblies, small gears and bespoke gears to specification.

In addition, we offer a full machine shop facility to include: - Turning, Milling, Drilling, Wire Eroding, Grinding and Keying.
